Competition project organized by the Mostostal Zabrze Capital Group. The project was awarded the second prize.
The concept presents a compact service, production and warehouse development, concentrated around an artificial water reservoir. The idea was to design a public space that would be an interesting place to spend free time with access to commercial and gastronomic services. The project provides for pedestrian streets with a park and numerous parking spaces.
